Our web server automatically recognizes every visitor’s IP address. We do not, however, recognize email addresses unless they are provided to us by filling out a form on our website. In this capacity as a processor on behalf, Carney Direct acts on the instructions of its clients and does not control or share such data without direction from the client.

Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our members. Carney Direct reasonable steps to secure all data; however, no data that is transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure, so in submitting information you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet.
